Updated By-Laws

The Homeowners Association has officially updated the by-laws.  They can be found on the documents section of the website.  They have been filed with the Kane County Recorder, and can also be found by searching their website. 

The board has made the decision not to mail out a copy to all residents.  The cost to the association to mail this out would be over $1,000.  To save the homeowners this expense, this document is available online.
